Cooking Instructions

Take all the needed ingredients. Wash the mutton pieces with salt and turmeric powder.

In a hot pan,add oil then add all spices,Cashew and saute. Then add curryleaves, saute. Then add sliced onions and saute.

Its not necessary to fry like brown in colour. When the onion becoms transparent,turnoff the stove and cool it down.Now grind the fried ingredients as a paste and keep aside.

In a cooker add oil and sliced small onion,salt then saute until becomes golden brown. Then add sliced tomato. Saute until it becomes mashy. Then add ginger garlic paste and grinded paste.

Mix well. Then add all spices,mix. Now add mutton pieces. Mix well. Frequently open the lid and mix,do the process around 7mts.

Then add 200ml of water and mix. Let it boil. Check salt level. Close the lid and wait for 5 to 6 whistle. Open the lid when the pressure released. Mutton cooked well. The texture of the curry is creamy. Finally sprinkle coriander leaves.
