For seasoning:

1 sp fennel seeds

1 inchcinnamon

3 cloves

1 star anise

1/2 sp dried rose patels

3 +2tbs butter
Cooking Instructions

Take all the needed ingredients.

In a hot pan,add 2tbs butter and do seasoning with the given ingredients,
Then add sliced onion,cashews,green chilli,saute until its turns transparent. -

Cool it down and transfer to a blender,add mint leaves, ginger garlic paste,blend well.

In a cooker,add 3tbs butter,add green chilli and sliced tomatoes,saute until it mashy. Then add all spices. Mix well.

Then add chicken,salt. Mix it well. Cover and cook for 5 mts. Often Mix it. Now add blended masala and mix.

Now add 200ml water and check salt level. Then close the lid and wait for 3 whistle. The aroma will tempt you.
